Control system design services encompassing IO, PLC and SCADA are key to our services, but we are also experienced in the design and implementation of Virtualisation, Servers and Storage, with consideration to disaster recovery and redundancy.
Audit, Inspect and report
We are often called upon to audit an industrial control system and provide a detailed report of our findings and recommended remediation. This typical requires evaluation and recommendation of hardware and software required. This must be done in sympathy to the changes possible for the control system, and in consideration of plant outages. Our method provides a risk based approach to prioritising remediation actions.

Functional Safety
Functional Safety is an integral part of industrial automation and our Principal carries an FSEng (Tuv Rheinland) Machinery qualification. This allows us to offer consulting services that can encompass any step of the functional safety lifecycle, or to act as a peer reviewer. Further, this speciality also enables us to ensure our network designs will stand up to the stresses of Safety IO Communications.
